The program includes two daily yoga classes, a daily lecture on Ayurveda and many opportunities for students to watch and discuss classical Indian arts.
The retreat takes place in the Aditya Learning Center for Ayurveda and Yoga is in Chethalloor, Palakkad District, Kerala, India.
It is located in a peaceful rural setting just a short drive from several Hindu Temples and near Kalamandalam, a
performing arts school from which several of our guest teachers and artists will come.

Yoga Teacher Training
The Teacher Training Program offers prospective and established yoga teachers the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the concepts the Yoga tradition, the teaching practice, and teaching methodologies. Students will be instructed on various asana, pranayama, yoga philosophy, meditation, anatomy, physiology, ethics, teaching methodology and practical application. Upon completion, students will be educated and qualified to register as a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance as a 200-level RYT or Advanced 300h level RYT. They will have the necessary education to teach yoga in a public and/or private setting. The training can be taken by aspiring yoga teachers, or simply by serious yoga practitioners wishing a more foundational and applicable knowledge of Yoga.
